On 15–16 September, Kora Fine Foods participated in the CHEFS CULINAR B2B event in Wiskitki, Poland. Over two days, we welcomed foodservice professionals to our stand to discover our products, taste freshly prepared recipes and exchange ideas about their use in professional kitchens.
Our Halloumi Bar was a central part of the presentation, featuring premium Halloumi PDO grilled on-site and served with seven different handmade accompaniments. Each pairing offered a new way to enjoy the cheese and inspiration for incorporating it into a restaurant menu.
Vedoura authentic Greek yogurt, available exclusively through Kora Fine Foods, featured in both sweet and savoury preparations. From granola and berries to traditional tzatziki, the tastings demonstrated its versatility across breakfast, brunch, desserts and savoury dishes.
Visitors also explored Feta PDO, Manouri PDO, aged Graviera varieties with garlic and truffle, and speciality cheeses from small Greek farms. Our Kalamata PDO extra virgin olive oil and Greek extra virgin olive oil were presented alongside Kalamata olives from Messinia, green olives from Halkidiki, hand-peeled roasted red peppers and Greek pita breads.
A special moment during the event was the interview with our Executive Chef, Minas Nitis, by Polish chef and television presenter Karol Okrasa. We were also pleased to welcome representatives of the Greek Embassy in Poland, who expressed their support for our efforts to introduce Greek products to the Polish market.
The event gave us an opportunity to meet partners and new contacts, hear feedback and share practical culinary ideas. These conversations are an important part of our continued development in Poland’s foodservice and retail sectors.
Thank you to the CHEFS CULINAR team and everyone who visited our stand. It was a pleasure to share our products and a taste of Greek hospitality with you.
